Wheelchair users: the gallery space is fully accessible for wheelchair users and there is a wheelchair accessible toilet in our venue. Blue badge spaces are available near to the gallery, please contact us for exact locations.
Public parking: metred parking is widely available outside and near to the venue. There are also several car parks nearby. Should you need assistance in planning your gallery visit please do contact us.
Public Transport: Atypical Gallery is accessible by public transport with a Metro bus stop just outside. See the journey planner on http://www.translink.co.uk
Braille: braille versions of all our written material is available, please request in advance. Large print versions of all written material is available, just ask a member of staff.
Audio description and Touch Tours: we offer audio descriptive tours and touch tours of our exhibitions, please book at least one week in advance by contacting info@universityofatypical.org
Tours: the gallery is happy to accommodate groups and offers guided gallery tours free of charge. Please contact the gallery at least one week in advance if you wish to make a booking. During gallery opening hours staff are here to answer your questions.
T-Loop: an audio T-Loop is available in the gallery.
Family Friendly Venue: we welcome visitors of all ages, however some exhibitions may require parental discretion.
